Scientific Coordinator, HIV Center for Clinical and Behavioral Studies


Christopher Ferraris, LMSW (he/him/his), is the Scientific Coordinator for the HIV Center where he manages Center operations and provides administrative support to the Research Cores. Chris began his work in HIV during his MSW internship in New Orleans and never looked back. He has over a decade of experience in clinical research and clinical program management, domestically and internationally, in a variety of academic and healthcare settings.

In addition to this role with the HIV Center, Chris is a lecturer at the Columbia School of Social Work and New York University Silver School of Social Work where he teaches courses on Queer Theory and Research.
